I am not looking for maximum yield. On the contrary, I let the idea of an excellent-quality harvest guide me.

From one harvest to the next, I give the vines the essential care to assist their vegetative cycle, handling the vagaries of weather, helping them grow beautiful grapes.

Pruning, debudding, trellising, down cropping, harvesting - all of these tasks, often performed by hand, are a combination of our family savoir-faire and tradition.
